  • “Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual or entity engaging our services for wedding event execution.
  • “Services” refer to event planning and execution, including but not limited to DJ services, MC services, intelligent lighting, giveaways, LED screens, live performances, photo booths, photography, videography, projectors, and event décor.
2. Scope of Services
Kicha Events provides comprehensive event planning and execution services tailored to the client’s requirements. Services are delivered as per the agreed scope, which will be finalized before event execution. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges and availability.
3. Booking & Confirmation
  • A service booking is considered confirmed only upon mutual agreement and payment of the required deposit, if applicable.
  • Clients must provide accurate details regarding the event, including date, venue, and specific service requirements.
  • Changes to event details after confirmation may incur additional costs and will be subject to feasibility.
4. Payment Terms
  • All payment-related terms, including deposit amounts, installment schedules, and final payment deadlines, will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before service confirmation.
  • Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will require separate payment discussions.
  • Failure to make payments as agreed may result in service cancellation without liability on the part of Kicha Events.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
  • Cancellation policies, including any refund eligibility, will be outlined in the agreement specific to each event.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation, both parties will work toward a fair resolution.
6. Client Responsibilities
  • The client must ensure that the event venue is accessible and meets the technical requirements for service execution.
  • Any required permits, approvals, or third-party clearances must be obtained by the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • The client is responsible for the behavior of guests and ensuring a safe environment for service execution.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • While we strive for flawless execution, Kicha Events is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue issues, or third-party vendor failures.
  • Any damages to our equipment due to negligence or misconduct at the event will be the client’s responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property
  • Any photographs, videos, or media captured by Kicha Events may be used for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
  • Clients must seek permission before using any copyrighted materials provided by Kicha Events.
